It's
as though there 
is never a gray day when
we come upon this place -
this place, this doorway to
heaven,this opening to wonder a
universe,unbeknownst to any us of 
course. The poppies laid before me,
in my mind they stretched further 
than my eyes could possibly see.
What was this magical carpet 
of nature spread before me? 
It was breath taking. Yet,
when I turned around,my
world turned upside
